We are seeking an Infor M3 Business Consultant to assist with implementing global Infor M3 MT Manufacturing and Distribution projects.

In this position you will be a billable resource crucial to the success of our projects. You will work directly with clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the goal of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency.

Although our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators in a successful project. Our consultants are responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing and client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools. Our consultants serve as subject matter experts and develop ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and provide them with "industry best practice" recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert to lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice to maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high-quality services.
• Lead discussions to assist the realization of business benefits for clients.
• Direct full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of a project team.
• Configure client business solutions and make ongoing recommendations.
• Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
• Achieve engagement objectives while providing regular internal reports on the status of projects to key stakeholders.
• Train users in a hands-on methodology and develop training resources and documentation.
• Provide on-going support to end users, assisting with trouble shooting or additional training via email, phone or site visits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Manufacturing and Distribution experience in at least one or more industry segments: Food and Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and Manufacturing.
• 5+ years project experience with ERP implementations with a Manufacturing focus specifically using Infor M3.
• 5+ years of customer-faced consulting experience.
• 3 or more completed full lifecycle implementations with a Manufacturing and Distribution focus specifically using Infor M3.
• The Manufacturing Consultant will have an in depth understanding of M3 Manufacturing business processes including Discreet and Process manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines.
• Excellent demonstration and presentation skills.
• Serve a subject matter expert and be willing to mentor others.
• A passion for client success and enthusiasm for the products we implement.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to provide services to clients in North America.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Infor certifications or equivalent hands-on experience with M3 Manufacturing applications: two or more of the following (MFG, Distribution, Logistics)
• M3 Manufacturing implementation and consulting experience
